1)  Hackathon is open to Students and Fintech professionals or IT professionals.

2)   Must be able to work individually or part of a small team

3)  Must be original and innovative in nature to meet community needs

4)  Prefer to use Smartphone Accelerator for sending money to another user (but not required)

5)  Must consist of Mobile App plus backend using Coinbase Platform with Bitcoin Wallet ID
